Privacy Policy

TriCore Pilates (“we”, “us”) operates the TriCore Pilates iOS app and booking platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account info you provide: name, email, phone number, and (if you create one) a password.
- Sign-in identifiers when you use Sign in with Apple or Google: your name and email from that provider. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” we receive a private relay address instead of your real email.
- Booking & activity data: classes you book, waitlists, packages/memberships, attendance, waivers you sign, and notes associated with your account.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain payment records (amounts, status, identifiers) needed to manage your purchases.
- Diagnostics: crash and error reports to keep the app reliable.
How we use it
To create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, send transactional emails/notifications you’ve opted into, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we share with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Apple / Google — only to verify your sign-in when you choose those options.
- Sentry — crash/error diagnostics.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and media storage.
Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account anytime at Profile → Delete account in the app. We soft-delete immediately (you can no longer sign in) and permanently anonymize your personal information after a 30-day grace period. You may also request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
