Terms of Service

Effective June 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the TriCore Pilates app and booking platform (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account anytime in the app at Profile → Delete account.

Bookings, cancellations & payments

Classes, packages, and memberships are real-world services provided at the studio. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellation windows, refunds, credits, and package/membership expiry follow the policies shown in the app at the time of purchase or booking and any studio policies communicated to you. Class credits and memberships have no cash value.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no use of another person’s account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Health disclaimer

Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. You participate in classes at your own risk and agree to any waiver you sign through the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriCore Pilates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
